The CHT and Cox's Bazar region — one of Bangladesh's most important and sensitive areas — lacked a dedicated, professional online news platform. Existing media coverage was sparse and fragmented. There was a need for a reliable, fast-loading, and well-organized news portal that could handle breaking news, multiple categories, and a large volume of daily content in Bangla.
